Everyone have many friends during the lifetime. Some of friends are good for you and some of friends have been bad influence to you, too. Each friend has their different personality. I have lots of friends and I want to categorize them in three groups.

The first type of my friends is helpful friends who always treat me honestly. I can tell my own secret to those friends and they can give me a useful opinion. Also, the helpful friends will always point out my defect directly. Many friends won't point out my defects because they don't want to hurt my self-respect or afraid of making me angry. The helpful friends are not afraid of those problems, because they want me grow up and become more mature and don't want I make a same mistake again.

The second group of my friends is common friends. I believe everyone has lots of common friends and I am, too. The common friends just talk with me about the same points we have, such as school's activities and schoolwork or work place. We are not live by ourselves, and we are live in a group. There are lots of different kinds of people get alone with us and of course, it is hard to become the intimate friend with everyone. Some of those common friends who stay in the same group with me are my competitors. Some of them will become my good friends. Some of them maybe we just have a small talk and we do not understand each other's personality. There will appear lots of those common in one period. When this period passes, many those common friends won't keep in touch anymore.

The last category of my friends is bad company. The bad companies are not reliable and they are just thinking of playing or doing some unhelpful things. Most of the bad companies don't have their own target in the future, and they also tell you that to work hard and to study hard are wasting time. Bad companies can't let us grow up; on the other hand, maybe they will lead us astray.

Choosing the helpful friends is very important. Besides our family, friends influence us very much. The good friend can let us broaden our knowledge and be more mature. However, the helpful friends need the long time to look for because it is hard to get a bosom friend. If you have a chance to meet a helpful friend, it is really important to treasure your friendship.

Introduction:
Friends can be categorized in three groups.
1. Helpful friends
2. Common friends
3. Bad company


Body:
1. The first type is helpful friends.
The helpful friends always treat me honestly, and they will point out the wrong ways I did directly.

2. The second group is common friends.
The common friends just talk with me on the same points we have, such as talking about school or work place and so on. They are hard to become my intimate friend.

3. The last category is bad company who are not reliable.
The bad companies are thinking of playing all the times. They don’t have their own target in the future, and also tell you that work hard or study hard are wasting time.


Conclusion:
There are many friends enrich my life. It is very important to choose the helpful friends to let me grow up.

Description -- Final (A New Friend)

I have a new friend, Erica Su. She is living in our school dormitory. I knew her because she is my best friend's roommate. Erica is from Jingmei (景美), Taipei, and she has been to Tainan for almost two months. Before Erica moved to Tainan, she lived with her family. There are four people in her family, father, mother, a younger brother and her. Erica's father is a decorator and her mother is working in Bureau of Labor Insurance (勞工保險局). Her younger brother is a first-grade student of junior high school.
Erica's major is Finance in Southern Taiwan University of Technology. She wants to become a civil servant or salesperson in the future because she likes a challenging job and she always works hard to let her dream come true. Moreover, Erica hopes that she has a chance to go abroad, such as Japan or Europe, to broaden her knowledge before she starts to work.
In Erica's free time, she likes reading some books about management, watching movie such as science fiction films, listening to English music, going shopping and so on. Erica also has lots of skills, such as playing the piano and the flute, cooking, and learning Japanese.
It is my first time to interview Erica. I think Erica is a lovely girl whose personalities are easygoing, independent and optimistic. Erica knows what she has to do all the time, so she has a great aim in the future. Moreover, Erica is very talented because she has lots of skills. I really learn many things from her. During the interview with Erica, I really admire her personalities and what she has planned with her future.
Erica and I are good friends now. Her spirit of hard working is very commendable so I want to learn from her.
